Warranty Terms & Conditions

Welcome to FAZ Tires (FAZtires.ca). We take pride in serving the Canadian market with high-quality tires, specializing in Hilo and Auqoshi brands. We stand behind the quality of our products. This page outlines the warranty coverage provided for all new tires purchased through our platform.

This Limited Warranty applies strictly to the original purchaser of new Hilo and Auqoshi tires from FAZ Tires in Canada. This warranty is non-transferable. The warranty remains valid only when the tires are used on the vehicle on which they were originally mounted, following the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations.

If a tire becomes unserviceable due to a defect in workmanship or materials during the life of the original usable tread (defined as down to 2/32” remaining tread depth), it will be replaced on a prorated basis. The replacement cost will be calculated based on the percentage of usable tread worn.

This warranty does not cover damage or premature wear resulting from the following:

  • Road Hazards: Cuts, snags, punctures, bruises, impact breaks, or tire repairs.
  • Improper Installation: Improper mounting, dismounting, balancing, or alignment.
  • Improper Maintenance: Under-inflation, over-inflation, or failure to follow proper tire rotation practices.
  • Misuse: Racing, off-road use, commercial use (unless the specific tire model is commercial-rated), or exceeding load/speed ratings.
  • External Damage: Vandalism, fire, theft, accident, or chemical damage.

If a tire is deemed eligible for replacement under this limited warranty, the customer will receive a credit towards the purchase of a new, identical or comparable tire from FAZ Tires. The customer is fully responsible for the cost of mounting, balancing, applicable Canadian taxes, disposal fees, and shipping charges.

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at FAZtires.ca to report the issue.
  2. Provide a copy of the original purchase invoice/receipt.
  3. Provide clear photographs of the tire, including:
    • The full tire showing the tread.
    • The specific defect or damaged area.
    • The DOT number on the sidewall.
    • Tread depth measurements.
  4. In certain cases, we may request that the tire be inspected at a local authorized partner shop before approving the claim.
